My internet connection for the past 2 months have been extremely slow and my http downloading from foreigh websites are running at 800 bytes/sec. Called to TM and it took 2 hours for me to wait for a representative to pick up a phone. The only help i get from them is ask me to restart my modem and keep trying. What's the catch here ? |
