shoot..i wish i cud have joined the live chat. got so much to ask!
1) a few months back i heard that TM was going to work with Verizon on some fiber network infrastructure. what ever happened to that????
2) Malaysia is very or relatively small. is it really difficult to implement fiber cable nationwide??? NY, USA, which is a lot bigger, can provide at least 15Mbps to all its residents.
3) Even if Malaysia had a super fast fiber network internally, would it make the connection to the US-based websites better?? I m not sure about this. I m not a pro, but i think it might still be slow right?? because that depends on the submarine com cable/ satellite. It d make malaysia-based websites load faster though, but let s face it, how much do we really go to these websites...? hhmphh...

On point 2, limiting HSBB only for Klang Valley and Iskandar Malaysia, kinda short sighted...
Areas like Penang, Ipoh, Kuantan, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu, i am sure these places do have decent customer base for HSBB...
