Back in Science Lab, in nuclear power thread
Why many people brought the arguement of Malaysia do not have this and that expertise? We can always hire foreigners for startups, then train locals...we even have small nuclear reactor for testing purpose in Bangi for a few decades...
If we always such arguement, the nation will not progress...
There is always first time for locals to operatre something new, that can be said as progress...
Taiwanese hired European train drivers at the beginning of THSR project, then train locals...
Our highways, was built under foreign design and studies as well...in the beginning...
We hired British to consult on KTM Komuter, Germans for ERL.....there is always a path of the beginning for every single new technology being introduced in Malaysia...
