I'm planning to bring back some earphones to Malaysia from UK and a question suddenly popped into my mind.

Assuming I offer 30-day-satisfaction return to my customers. A customer has owned one of that particular model I'm selling, is it possible if the customer buy a new unit from me and return with his old unit for any reason? Provided the "old" unit still looks new...

y shud the buyer returns the earphones back to u?
does he get a rebate when buying a new one?
