Scope:
Repaint the casing internals to black colour.
Cut the top panel of the casing to fit 3x120mm radiator.
Repaint the external to Gold + Black theme. ( Not yet final decision )
Mod the case to become more water cooling friendly case.

Casing:
Cooler Master Stacker STC-T01

Water Cooling Components:
D-Tek Fuzion v2 with i7 bracket
Swiftech MCR-320QP
Danger Den CPX Pro Inline pump
Bitspower 5"25 Bay Reservoir
Chrome Barbs
7/16 ID tubings

Major PC Components
Intel Core i7 920
ASUS P6T
Team Xtreeme 3x1gb DDR3 1600 CL8
ASUS 4890

The Cooler Master Stacker STC-T01 is the first Stacker series casing made by CM, its a full tower ATX/Inverted ATX/BTX casings support 2 PSU and has a huge space inside. Its one of the best casing in all time which has lot of features. The chasis's huge amount of space inside and flexibility of setup made it favourite among liquid cooled users. I've been using it for 3 years and its time for it to have a new look.

Old setups (Random pic):

Phase 1: Repaint the motherboard tray.
Take down everything, take out the PSU cage for painting and cutting jobs.

user posted image

Sanding and preparing surfaces for spray painting. From Pics, main reason of being repaint, the Steel of the case start to rust already, rust were sanded of before repaint.

Sorry as no pics after sanding was took.

The paint job, and the spray painting station that setup by me.

Pictures show the final paint job and product. Quite statisfied with the work, but regret not repainting the bracket for the tray as some of the original black paint already chipped off.

acrylic are done back in KL with assist of my friend who gone to study overseas already...

for the powder coat, I done it in penang at some shop that provide custom made furniture, the price definitely cheaper thn most modders here... but just a favor for me cause i know the worker in person...

hi there..

i have the same casing as yours, and have been using ever since it came out in the market...

Very nice mods.

I was just wondering...did u have any issues with dust?

my front panel filters are always covered with dust...(so it looked like having a whitish/greyish layer)...very unsightly...have to vacuum alot of times to keep it clean... doh.gif

hmmmm.....your project made ppl like me who own the stc01, wanna mod it.... hmm.gif

also, where did you get ur top louvre? looks nice... biggrin.gif
