need your advise please!

i just bought a used LG KS20. i just cannot delete all contact once instead one by one and also how to copy my contacts from my sim card to the phone to use. i cannot see and cannot use any of my contacts but. when incoming calls, i can see the caller name!! ???? strange eh?

what should i do now please?

i just bought mine too few weeks back.. but i dun seem to have ur problem cos when i insert my sim card, the contacts are there automatically.. but yes i did not find the copy sim to phone action..

on ur Today screen[main screen], try press the 'phone' icon below.. ur contacts shd be visible here.
