Well...i booked my iphone today too. The maxis representative from Maxis center told me that i am able to change to another color on the pickup date if i had changed my mine.

I had booked my Iphone 3Gs and asked the sales representative from Maxis in The Gardens . They said we'll sure get the Iphone on the receiving date we had given.

Additionally, we had already given our "receiving date" to them. If there is no Iphone on our pick up date...customers will surely be angry...and of course unsatisfied.

What I believe is that the "while stock last" condition only applies when we are going to give in the deposit. The sales representative also told me that I'm unable to pick my Iphone on 31st of July because the Iphone has been fully booked on that date. So I chose a different date

Welll u can get Iphone 3G for only Rm1999 while 3Gs is only RM2490 with prepaid plan which is without contract. Just additional Rm500

I have already waited for 2 whole weeks , and now they start saying insufficient stock!!?!?

Why do people like last minute jobs.....
Why not make things clear by saying there are limited stocks before people buy from them.

This's gonna reduce Maxis's reputation for sure.

Anyway, anyone booked thier phone at Maxis Centre , The Gardens? Any news regarding no stock?

Anyone got ask if the pick up is based on first-come-first-server basis?

Cause pickup time has been allocated to every buyer, there are currently 3 time slots for the pickup.

I thought I confirmed everything yesterday..... I'm still not in the system in Bangsar.

Anyone received email with sms together saying that you are able to pick up your iphone 3Gs?

Maxis sent me one of those message this evening. But my actual pickup date is Sunday . Why tell me now?does it mean i can pick up now instead

Well its actually all about fate..

First, I went to Mid Valey Machines..they said I cannot booked mine there and pushed me to Mid Valey Maxis
Second, I went to Mid Valey Maxis, The pushed me to The Gardens Machines...they said no again....
Finally ,After 3 bounces... I reached The Gardens Maxis Centre and I booked mined there.

Today I received the mail saying i can pick up my IPhone 3Gs...haha biggrin.gif

Actually, The yellow tinge screen on 3Gs is caused by the hardware or the software(firmware)?
