do we need to do anything to get this free 500mb activated SMS? or maxis will know that we already get our iphone3gs today then will activate for us.. cuz i see machine didnt do anything on my prepaid sim card..

can anyone post pictures of their iphones?
i need to see this so called 'yellow tint' whether if it's acceptable or not. i'm really paranoid okay.

Btw, just got mine unit, from Alor Setar Maxis Center.
The stock arrived at 11.00 pm.
And the stock for booking only. No extra set... That meant no walk in.
If U order now, U will get it 18th August onward... (the next shipment) Effected to all maxis center.. (She aka maxis manager alor setar told me)

And i more things, Maxis shipment 1 batch was from factory 88 aka Shenzhen, China

The yellow tint acceptable for me..

the tint yellowish is acceptable...

My 3G is more yellowish then my 3G S LOL...

The warmer color actually does help when you are under sun. My previous iPod Touch 1G has a blueish tint and when in bright sun it is very hard to see.
So don't worry to much about the tint, human eyes are good at adapting just as long you don't go compare.

got mine from gardens already, surprising not much ppl though. able to get my phone within 15mins...got myself ths switcheasy capsule neo case

Maxis help me to activate the sim card then use the sim card ti activate my 3G S. after 2 hrs, i reciv sms from Hotlink. make sure your Hotlink sim card is active to reciv the message from Hotlink.

got myself 16gb black, i did ask maxis regarding the 32gb stock..they said need 2 wait 4 two weeks...btw got free t-shirt as well

serious? i oso went to both machines in Gardens & MidValley, most of the customers got their 16gb as well. but not the 32gb..

where did u book ur i3gs from?

hey guys.

got my 32GB White from machines MV. i didn't wait for them to call and just barge in and says please help me check if i'm in your list. vincent, who attended me were kind enough to help me check and process my order even though i came uncalled

it took me very very long to finish though.

1.15pm - barge in, vincent does checking and everything
1.45pm - i'm told that the submission to change my plan to their system has to wait for about half an hour (i'm port in, from digi, and maxis set me to VP50 during the port in)
2.45pm - went back to machines, unfortunately, forgotten my cc, went back to my car and take
3.00pm - line up for my turn again!
3.30pm - got my turn, and process were done in about 45 minutes.

so far so good, am playing with my phone now. yellow tint very obvious meh? i felt its ok wor

MV machines only have 32 white but not 32gb black..... i'm the one who order the black but till now no respond..... seem like today no change to get it..... really regret order from machine MV cause all my friends ordered from other machines ady got their phone,

it nothing to do with machines but dun really get it y maxis din distribute to them

Welcome to the party,I'm also with 32gb white. The yellowish is ok. Just everyone is curious why some phone is yellower than others. Scare that the phone got problem at screen or what. But cheers....iPhone User...
