its a CICADA
look at the wings, if it has branch vein stucture like a leave, its a Cicada if it doesn't and appear completely flat, its a Butterfly still there are too many people mistaken when trying to identify between a moth and a butterfly |

i would think some beetle or grasshopper subspecies. but it does look a lot like a moth/butterfly
