If you guys play Pingpong for RM2, Tenis for RM5 (At night RM10) or Badminton at cheap rate per hour .... most probably u guys are playing it on DBKL facility.
It is good because it is cheap. But it is pain in the ass due to very hard to book and pay during office hour.
Anyway, will having online booking means easier for us KL people to get involve in sport?
The answer is a big NO! For reason that I'm going to give some detail after this.
Anyway, I feel very concerned about this because it looks like this might be the only way to book for DBKL sport facility. The next time we walk in to book at the counter. We might just be told, "SORRY! have to book online". Easy for the staff to do their work right? WRONG!!!
I have experience this. And assure you that it is very disturbing to the point that I've started a blog to say NO to this. Bellow is excerpt to my latest entry which will give some idea about the issue.

We will visit this issue in another blog post. But enough said, if u arrive after 4:30 PM. Or if you arrive early but the said staff go makan angin. Just give up, don't wait. It won't be pretty. The only way to solve this problem is to have that particular staff got transfered to work on a non customer facing role.
Phew! A very long sidetract. BUT THAT IS NOT ISSUE 5. That is just sidetracking that reveal another thorny issue in the near 5 years of being Titiwangsa Komplek Sukan user.
The real issue for ISSUE 5 is this. After printing all those damn receipt. After the user present those damn receipts. The staf will ask you to fill up a form. Yes! Fill up another damn form. Yet another piece of paper, another 3 minutes of your life and another proof of how inefficient is this people.
And the irony is that, all of this is done for an online booking process. That in the first place is most probably done to improve their efficiency?
And that is issue 5! There is 4 more that you can read in my blog and voice your opinion about it. Please! Please!
