Check your each equipment watt rating and add it up. Add another 20%-30% watt to your total watt.

A bit different but confusing. Stabilizer is to stabilize the voltage. So it won't go too high or too low. That will safe your equipment from fried and prolong the life. Normally 230V +- 2-5%. While regulator, have more component to stabilize, filter up noise and clean nice waveform. So your hifi have a good vibrant clean sound. Corrrect me if I m wrong.
