or just get 2 units of APC 750-1KVA - (already got 3 units, but need to change the leadacid battery cos not holding charge anymore)...

(usually cheaper than one giant 2KVA type)

Added on September 26, 2009, 10:21 amif use UPS remember to check for offline/online protection and what kind of sine wave output.. some give really crappy waveform.. and some give nice 90% sine wave output..
IIRC some equipment like projector is sensitive about that (years ago) not sure about the latest projectors...
