morning guys. WTF lah yesterday really so unlucky.
during rush hour (after office hours time) got a farked up driver decided to squeeze his car in between 2 lanes (potong queue la apa lagi) and due to his farked up skills, scratched my car! see photo below la, so heartache. is just paintwork scratch luckily, but still so sakit hati. i'm most pissed is that guy dont even stop or apologize, just drive on after scratching my car (he knew he did it, coz he looked at me awhile, while i trying to flag him down). i cannot chase coz blocked by car in front. really WTF man.

a rather fat guy driving black honda accord, plate MBB 3811. damn arse hole. vmad.gif
and when he drive, has rolled down window and put arm there to rest. those from Melaka if see this ass, tell me where spotted, time.
if i find this car again, i will pray that he get a brick thrown on his car!!!

thanks bro. dont even get a chance to see what damage he got on his new accord, but i sure HOPE he got worse scratches on his car!!!
if u spot the car, he should have scratches on his front fender, passenger side. rclxms.gif

is his car in good condition? or old and rusty looks?
i think, next time if such things happen again, better get your camera phone ready. snap photo. then later report to police station. make him cant renew his roadtax.

his one new car, i managed to see his rear only (coz he hit n run!) quickly jot license plate and car model, colour.
but no matter how damaged his car is now, i still rugi ma, coz totally not my fault cry.gif
i think this time i not gonna send bodyshop la, leave it as it is for now because i think the scratch not very deep, just put thick wax to cover it from rust lor sad.gif also, the body not really dent, i can live with it la.....maybe few years, whole car respray

from my exp. if the accident is not your fault, you dont need to pay the saman. i pernah kena hit and run. i was riding motorbike that time. i 'head on' with the bloody car.. then the car speed off. i go report. no need pay, because he run away (it's his fault anyway). 2nd time is friend langgar me from behind. went to report together, he kena saman, but im not.

oh really ah? then later lunch time i go polis station ask them la, if no need to pay $ then i make report, coz i damn pissed with that car driver mad.gif
if he said sorry i'd feel much better lor, KNS KNS!!!
insurance-wise, will they layan such damages?

well.. if it others fault, we just claim their insurance loh..
also can claim from our insurance, but need to get police report & saman receipt (if i remember clearly) from the other guy, and submit to our insurance company. hence, our NCD will remain.
