changing 2 evo's lower arms are no child's play , @ the 1st place u need a slightly powerful engine , why ?
original lower arms are very light ... they are hollow in between , 2 pieces weld into 1 , but for the evo ones are different , the whole lower arm is die-casted out ... eg original lower arm 8-9kg , evo's will weigh around 13-14 kg ,
and yes with that additional weight on it , i can honestly tell you , u will have a heavier front , how would i know , coz i just changed mine , no doubt pros are more than cons , but the weight need to be balanced back , or else haihz , bro oly sure wont feel much , he running on evo engine ...
you even wouldn't believe this , Satria GTi front ARB are thicker than the stock evo3 ARB , yes i did changed mine ,
as for the back ARB , my advice is go for normal 1.6 or 1.8 or else it will be too bumpy @ the back , which results in Mid-Lift during corners ... combination of a good Adj Abs + Evo Lower arms = very good , but mind you somehow i felt my was slower than usual with the additional weight , guess it's time for Fibre bonnets ...
