Gawd, i could wake up tomorrow and become...pedobear!I think dna DOES store memory, but what we refer to as memory in this case is subjective. Its the memory of evolution, breed, ancestry, adaptation, definitely not the memory of the individual, which is unique to each and everyone of us.
