Dell makes fantastic products.
Customer services are alright. Atleast they return you the $$$ and not replace you with some crappy 22'' id' take the money and run away from hell for sure. Better luck next time guys |

anyway, dell sales department tends to screw up alot... it's the same old formula/story on sales orientated companies where sales department can get away with most things, since they're the ones generating visible/direct income~ i bump into similar situation before... haihz... i avoid buyin dell stuff nowadays thats on the hot market item category if possible |
