I helped my dad bought a fishing reel from USA store. This item is being shipped by the retail store, so they declared the actual value of the item USD2000.00.

Shipping location: Tawau, Sabah.

It's been so many days (more than 10 days) in customs, what's the possible reason customs hold it for that long? Does is normally take that long? Coz i can only think of, this item is so valuable that they're going to own it My dad went to Tawau local customs office, but the package is not there. So where could it be with info below? Could it be in KL? Dad was my first customer since my store started in LYN. Hope I can seek some answers here.
