why cannot go into the carrier??

is it she don't want.. or she's too big?? eheheheh

I have no idea bro. If i put her into the cage, she will scream and it is very irritating because my sister is driving, not me, if me,then i wouldnt mind. And as soon as i open the cage, she ran away and didnt come back for one whole day. After that, she didnt even let me to touch her again for few days. blink.gif So should i just simply put her into the cage and ignore her 'miow' ?

From what you've told us is that your cat is not used to cages. I have my own solution when I wanna put Felix into his carrier. 1st is to introduce your kitty to her cage/carrier by putting her in w/o locking the gate. keep doing it for a few times. Then try to lock her for 3-5mins then let her out with treats waiting for her each time. Repeat few times. If possible, put some of her belongings in the cage/carrier so she can feel safe while staying in the cage. This will surely make your kitty comfortable with her cage/carrier in no time. smile.gif

Try cover the cage when traveling if this would help to reduce her 'meow'. If your kitty is an adult cat, you might need more time to train her to get used to new stuff, catnip spray does solve some problems too if you wanna try. Hope this helps smile.gif

There are many ways of training a kitten / cat.
First method is using a stern and angry voice.
When you see your cat going for your sofa, raise your voice and say 'NO'.
Or when you see them in action, say 'No' and give a smack on the butt (not a hard smack ya)
After a few times, your cat will understand that scratching the sofa is a big No .. No.

Second method is get a spray bottle and fill it with water.
Just as soon as you see your cat heading towards the sofa to sratch, take the spray bottle and spray a bit of water on your cat.
By doing this, it will lean not to scratch your sofa.

You might want to try to get a cat nip spray or leaves and put it on your cat scratching post.
Cats love catnip and this acts as a aphrodisiac for them.

Good luck!

cutiepie,
