From what you've told us is that your cat is not used to cages. I have my own solution when I wanna put Felix into his carrier. 1st is to introduce your kitty to her cage/carrier by putting her in w/o locking the gate. keep doing it for a few times. Then try to lock her for 3-5mins then let her out with treats waiting for her each time. Repeat few times. If possible, put some of her belongings in the cage/carrier so she can feel safe while staying in the cage. This will surely make your kitty comfortable with her cage/carrier in no time. smile.gif

Try cover the cage when traveling if this would help to reduce her 'meow'. If your kitty is an adult cat, you might need more time to train her to get used to new stuff, catnip spray does solve some problems too if you wanna try. Hope this helps smile.gif

I will try this or maybe i buy bigger cage for her? Actually,is there any guidelines to buy cage? Anyways, my cat doesnt eat treats. I dont know why. blink.gif

Agreed w/ bro El. Don't think the owners would dump persians for no reason. Maybe it'll occur once a while, but most "persians" in SPCA and PAWS are just DMLH or DLH cats. Please don't expect true persians except from ethical breeders in M'sia.

yeap cats dream smile.gif and they sleep in different position just like human too.. meniarap, telentang, etc.

kalau di kejut they sleep again, meaning very sleepy, better dont disturb your friend sleeping lah eheheh...

as for mimpi, cat may produce sound, moving ears, legs, and whiskers.. some even moving mouth without sound like buka tutup buka tutup as if they are eating something.

1st of all, do you have a budget? If it's under MYR 1k then there's none even the seller claim it is.

Petshop mostly sells pets which come from backyard breeders, so pet's health might be an issue and they raise the price just to sell a Persian like DLH cats. Online sellers is a big NO too.

Try some of the cattery like Proventus, Catilisa and Justkatzz. Try visit the MCC cat show in the end of Nov to get more info. Google is always your best friend.

Last but not least, ask yourself are you serious in getting a Persian cat?

guys, does the govt vetenarian do spaying?

Hi Mufan,

All spaying/neutering surgeries are by appointment only. Please call our clinic at 03... or 01... (Mr G. R. Krishnan) for an appointment. Walk-ins may not be entertained.

Please adhere to the following rules:
a. Your pet should be fasted from 8pm onwards the night before the surgery (applies to food and water).
b. Your pet must be in good health – sick pets will be rejected for the surgery. Get your pet treated at a government or private clinic first.
c. Do inform us if your pet has been vaccinated or not (it is recommended that your pet be vaccinated first).
d. Do inform us if your female pet is currently on heat or pregnant (on heat or pregnant pets will have a higher risks during surgery).
e. Make sure your pet is cleaned before sending – including getting the ticks/flea problem under control.
f. Cats should be brought to the clinic in carriers/cages and dogs should be leashed at all times.
g. Any pet above 2 months old and weighing at least 1kg is eligible.
h. This clinic is only for local or mixed breed pets.
i. This low cost only applies to lower income owners.

On the day of surgery:
a. Come to the clinic early, preferably before noon. Although appointments are made for the day, it is a first-come first-serve basis on that particular day.
b. Register with the guard at the gate.
c. Make sure cat is secured in a carrier/cage and dog is on a leash. Dog is to be tied at the designated area.
d. Come into the Klinik Kembiri’s office area and fill in the required forms. Please inform us if your pet has been sick recently or if it is on heat/pregnant. You should clarify all enquiries before the surgery begins.
e. It is advisable to stay in the clinic area until your pet recovers from the anaesthetics before bringing them home.

Dog microchipping is also available.

Yeah, tried giving her mum and the babies a better place, but the mom refuses.

They were born on 31st October 2009.
As of now, they are 19 days old.

Yerp, they're still drinking milk.

Anyway, a question to elfreakz, when is the right time to neuter Mama after the 31st October birth?
She's given birth twice, don't want her to get pregnant anymore.

I want her to be fat & healthy. wub.gif
