I want to know about the fee payment if we are going to use ptptn. Must we pay for the first sem ourself or just delay and wait for ptptn?

you dont have to pay for the fee except the orientation fee, just wait for it to deduct from ur ptptn account.
usually u will get the offer letter by next week.

Ya u can work part-time as long as u can cope with ur studies, it's ur freedom anyway

Hi there! I got into UM Medicine too! ha ha. I'm posted to RC1 too. Can anyone enlighten us about number of persons per room and the conditions of the facilities?

RC 1 should be 3 ppl sharing per room.
it's the oldest RC in UM, but there has been some renovation.
u can only change RC after 1 year (correct me if I'm wrong), but it depends on whether there is vacancy at the other RC... or u may opt to move out anytime there are plenty of terrace house/apartment rooms for let around UM.
shuttle bus is provided... but I never board be4 so not sure about the schedule

can we want to paid the fees using cash? or must use ptptn ?

Got any tips surviving in UM ?

regarding the fee, of course u can
I pay my fee with cash at bank islam branch near my home.

survive in UM? there's nothing to worry about, just settle down urself and there'll be many seniors to guide u

So senior, which RC you personally think is the best?

How about RC 4??nobody mention that?

How many ppl share one room?

oh and 1 more thing, how to get scholarships? like JPA ? how to apply? or any links that have that info?

To law senior : We are focusing on reading or more understanding/apply (kbkk) type subject? and how's the schedule?

my college principal (is he equivalent to a felo ? like a warden of the hostel or something) is an indian studies lecturer.. so maybe i can learn some tamil
