Guys, can u guys recommend me a good LCD preferably 19inch or smaller?.

My budget range is around RM 400.

I saw alot of Acer and LG ones, LG ones caught my eye most. stylish.. im looking at the W1953T-PF 18.5" , issit good? looks very pretty. cheap too
