QUOTE(xemse89 @ Jun 19 2009, 06:38 PM) yeah, tat's why we get a good price tag for aoc angelo....u still can use hdmi to play ps3 wat~no worries~ I really like the design. Love it in fact. QUOTE(shenshenshen @ Jun 19 2009, 08:49 PM) for AOC angelo got DVI or no DVI no prob. its an LCD meant for high level GC. if you got GTX series shud be no problem la.....and yeah too bad cant use VESA mount....if not the screen would look gorgeous on the wall.... They actually have black. The box also shows a black model available but Msian shops only have the white. The black 1 is really nice* i was afraid that AOC angelo ( a product from china , speaking of which ) might be a bad product. becos u know how chinese ppl do business. but it turns out to be a bang-for-buck item. the only complain was its not full in black. |

Just got an AOC 24 inch today for MSN n widgets usage. It's so blardy bright on default settings! AOC trying to blind us all, I think.

QUOTE(Veron @ Aug 14 2009, 12:08 AM) I think pure 24" would mean 16:10 configuration and not full HD. I cudn care less if it's 16:10 or 16:9 dude. I only put the MSN friends list n Widgets on it. The AOC however is a brilliantly designed monitor but i've not noticed it's excessive brightness though. But i think that kinda brightness provides more flexibility, especially users with cataracts. Ha ha. This post has been edited by ianho: Aug 14 2009, 12:28 AM |

QUOTE(sanderz @ Aug 16 2009, 01:20 PM) if wide screen monitor, i prefer you choose 16:9 wide. 16:10 resolution is some kinda weird resolution. QUOTE(sanderz @ Aug 16 2009, 01:43 PM) ROFL. So all the LCD monitors that cost thousands n thousands of dollars are all noob LCDs? Wat tokin u lar? 16:10 is the proper ratio that the top end monitors use. Only recently the lauya cheap cheap hundred dollar monitors r using 16:9 ratio. |

QUOTE(8tvt @ Aug 16 2009, 02:58 PM) me wondering also.. ppl already set in their mind the 16:9 is better.. Time for u to run 2-3 monitor set up lor, now is the perfect time coz so cheap oredi LCD. and not really sure.. in term of what.. influenced by the marketing hoax.. still remember last time i bought the normal 19" lcd after compare to 19" wide.. it's too small.. i even took a A4 paper to compare.. oh man a big different... around 2-3 inch.. it's a big no no coz the games that time also not many supporting wide reso.. but now for 23-24" lcd no big different.. but i still need the extra for toolbar, icon, dock widget etc.. |
