1st time sent took them 3 weeks to repair , then i pick up it lasted 3 days the problem back . Then send for repair again , took another 3 weeks . Sold it off after that .
Then i bought a Dell LCD , lasted me 2years then the power button give prob , call them up 2 working days they gave me a replacement LCD no questions ask . Thats what i call good after sales service !
this is what i like abt them, no question ask, 1 to 1 exchange within a week and they came to u

1.Call Customer Service, diagnosis online Faulty go step two.
2.faulty ? they come to you and exchange, within a week.

1.Call customer service (to locate Samsung Center).
2. Bring your LCD there(15km).
3. fill in form n sign and wait (sorry you don't know how long they take).
4. wait, wait, wait, then call with reply " Sorry part not arrived yet".
5. month past, call again, lcd ready,
6. happy, drive (15km one way) and collect, install LCD then u find out same problem again .... please repeat step 2.
