The feeling is like in Mar this year. Market sentiment suddenly turn very negative.

can someone help me out on this?
one of the stocks i'm holding at the moment is TOPGLOV. just trying to judge (how much i can) the market sentiment now. i still don't quite get it why there are people buying in 1 or 2 lots. biggest volume done is 20 lots today. what i'm guessing at is that sellers are still not bowing in to market pressure and selling them at best buy prices. am i right to say this? sorry, still a bit inexperienced in this.
