no you won't. all app are tracked by your itunes id. so you can re-download it for free. the only problem is your game save files and all your settings are gone wink.gif

not sure why some of u complain. but for me, all apps works for me, except some of them got glitchy, such as trism sleep.gif some apps i buy legally but some, ehem whistling.gif and plus, like sims3, in 2.2 keep crashes but in 3.0, it play like a charm for me biggrin.gif
