i dont think they accept debit card/atm card. but they do accept credit card see u there bro

I doubt the claim of not accepting mastercard/visa debit card...most of the credit card processor machine can accpet both credit or debit card nowadays. they just work the same to the merchant.

but if say bank's atm card, which is going through MEPS network, that of course not easily availabe at pc fair booth.

but if a merchant can accept mastercard/visa credit card, it is very rare it can't accept mastercard/visa debit card. From merchant's point, debit card should be deemed as safer compared to credit card which carries higher fraud chances whereby malicious folk tend to buy expensive goods with fraud credit card. Debit card charge to the limit of existing money you own in the account only.

In fact the hot trend today turns on fire on debit card market among local bankers recently, seeing debit card usage going stronger in near future.

yup, I believe both debit and credit card are accepted if the merchant accepts mastercard/visa. It has been only once I can't use visa debit card at a bookstore whereby they still use the older credit card processor machine.

I hv used debit card at hypermarket, supermarket, pharmacy shop, paying insurance policy at insurance companies etc, all work flawlessly and i observe those machines are the same. So just bring your debit or credit card to pc fair.

Don't forget paying with card lets you enjoy cash rebate 0.5 - 1% depends on your card, if you pay by cash you get nothing. Let say you pay with pbb latest day2day visa debit for RM2000 laptop. 2000 x 1% rebate = RM20! enough for you to have 3 macdonal value meals there!
