I am currently looking for either a serviced office (or an instant workstation) in Puchong, Sunway or USJ area. Any recommendations?

I am a solopreneur...so won't need a huge space (minimum a workstation would do...although a one-room small office would be great)

serviced office is pretty expensive. maybe book a hotel room instead. u can sleep over while working.
