 iPhone mic not working

hey guys. my jailbroken/unlocked iPhone 3G has a mic problem. when I make a call, the other person cant hear me. I have to really shout into the mic for them to haer. any ideas? already tried poking the headset jack and mic and whatnot >.< quite frustraing lol. could it be the mic kong? rclxub.gif

nope. already tried cleaning it =x i think the mic is broken. anyone know where i can get it changed? >.<

That depends whether your phone is from Maxis or parallel import. Or you can find one of those traders in garage sale who offer such repair services.

have you try to restart the iphone or on and off the flight mode? because i happen this kind of issue before, so i on and off the flight mode then it become normal.

yeah. tried everything already. >.< mine is a UK jailbroken set. guess i need to look for some third party to fix it..
