SourceQUOTE After Activision's Bobby Kotick hinted the possibility of a Call of Duty MMO in March 2008, a mysterious survey spread widely these few days indicated that Activision is considering creating an online service that would bring timed exclusive content, as well as premium extras, to the multiplayer side of the Call of Duty franchise. If Call of Duty MMO is true, I really doubt it would be a good MMO for such a fast-paced FPS game. What's your thoughts?

It would be kinda cool to have like a planet at war and you can join nations and conquer each other but dont think it will every happen.

They are probably referring to MW2's IWNet.. not an MMO per say. World of Duty or Call of Warcraft sounds epicly lame, so i dont think they'll go there.
