Functional Consultant = talk to customer,unerstand the business flow and system etc.etc. no touch code
Technical Consultant = listen to watever func consultant tells him to do , touch codes only
Techno-Functional Consultant = 1 + 2

I'm the 3rd type of consultant loh.. got touch codes...
