cheer83 only mentioned the labour charge only.
The tile price is not included. Tile, I think, rm1.60 per piece and above, depend on size, quality etc.

I have been quoted RM8 for 1x1. I think it is too expensive.
Lets say it have 10 quality, I only need 6 or 7.

rm16 for white horse is quite normal as wh has a number of model in those price range. One thing is wh is not stain resistance and would introduce such model in July. Some China's grade 1 tiles are stain resistance and cost around rm20.

rm1.80 psf is very cheap. I was quoted rm4.30 psf for floor and rm6.40 psf for wall. Quoted in Penang mainland.

I wish this is the rate in Penang sad.gif excluding tiles. The cement portion includes bringing up the floor surface about 2 inches (1 inch for upstairs) from concrete slab to same as existing floor level. Removal of existing tiles and cement down to concrete slab cost rm1 psf.

Removal of tiles, u can employ 2 workers to dismantle, 2 days of total RM 200 can dismantle all + dispose.
laying tiles are same rate, just the transfer of cement will be costly.

Indon workers are good enough, just need to supervise them, whatever not satisfy, ask them take out.

Hi cheer83, are you a contractor for installing floor / wall tiles? You said wall tile installation is RM2 / sf labor only? Including floor / wall cement and "milk" or not? My contractor that do my concrete kitchen table top quote me RM4/sf for labor including all cement and milk for wall tile. I need to supply my own wall tiles. Is it expensive? My total wall area that need to install is 105sf only. Please advise. Thanks.
