QUOTE(kb24 @ Jun 17 2009, 10:07 PM) I'm 1st year student at local uni & will be 2nd year this coming July. I'm studying in mechanical eng at unimas. My cgpa is 3.56. I has ptptn loan right now but i want to apply for some scholarship. Is there any scholarship that i can apply? Besides, since i have ptptn right now, did i need to cancel my ptptn then apply scholarship or what? Need some advise here. hi, since u already in second year, most company scholarship only offer to those going to be first year, however what you can try applying is any scholarship available from your university itself or any other better grant for those pursuing their degree. As far i iknow , most scholarship priority is given to first year students.

As for second year onwards, is best to contact student services at your university, i think they know best since every university is different. How is UNIMAS??....is it a good univeristy

just maintain your cgpa throughout your study.. the ptptn loan will convert to scholar..meaning that u are not required to pay can remember whether it is 3.50 or 3.75 to convert your loan to scholar

Congratulation! We need to do some kind of petition or whatever to voice out.. Before that, let's gather around and unite all of those affected people.. There's a group in fb which intends to do so...let's fight for our right >.<
