Summore a system file name KHQ will appear in every partition of my HDD... I try search by Hijackthis n found nothing...

You might want to try to install SuperAntiSpyware update and scan in safe mode. But do keep your fingers crossed. Bit Defender is almost useless. Or you might try checking out Microsoft Malware Remover.The symptoms:
