can i replace it in any branch of Public Bank or i need to go back to my main branch which is in melaka?

No, just remember to bring your bank book and IC along.

Make sure your IC chip is readable, otherwise they'll ask for your birth cert.

I have just replaced mine, those bank are really bloodsuckers.

Go back to the branch to retrieve it, it is FOC

no point retrieving it, cos the card almost break into 2

might as well let it eat and get a new one

Better call the customer care helpline, see what they do for you.

u need to go make a police report first.

go take back after 2 days in that branch.

i think u can...

last time i lost my card,
i call the customer service center, make them cancel my card,
then i just go 2 nearest bank, give ic and answer the security question,
then get new card

You can get your ATM card replacement at any Public Bank branches nationwide, with or without your savings account passbook. I have done this before. It was for card conversion actually from the regular ATM card to Day2Day VISA Debit in July and i did not have my passbook with me at the time. It was also done at another Public Bank branch, not my account holding branch.


You do not need to bring your bank book to get a Public Bank ATM card replacement. Just your IC will do.


No. He doesn't have to because it was retain by the ATM and not stolen.
