No unlock. You can only unlock using Gevey.

There is no way to downgrade a baseband version. You can downgrade to an older firmware if you have SHSH saved BUT, even doing that, the baseband will stay the same.

The best way is to use gevey unlock sim for most locked units.

if baseband 4.10, the only way to unlock is via new gevey sim pro, the older gevey is until 3.10.01 baseband ^^

This should help those who have their locked set but are hesitant to dial 112 (I'm not sure about Malaysia but in some countries, it;s illegal to dial 112 if you DON'T have any emergency)

my gf bought a jailbroken locked set and she accidently update to 4.1. We had waiting for 9 months and we are thinking of any other option.

Is that service provider like Digi or Maxis are able to unlock for us ?

What model of the iPhone? Service provider will not able to unlock for sure. Rely only on software unlock or elese gevey sim (iPhone 4).
