Any update on jailbraking iPhone 3gs 3.1.3 ?

nothing up as yet cause no one wants to be the first to try.. like someone said, the 3gs is a little tricky..

there nothing to update to 3.1.3...some bugs fixes and the better level of battery percentage...

the basicly i heard that update to 3.1.3 is useless at all.. just some update.. not a major update.. hehe

Yeah that may be true, but better battery life for my 3gs makes me itchy to upgrade. Hate how the battery starts to die so fast push notifications, 3g are on..so if it helps then I would not mind. The other reason is that I want to restore my phone as well thats why I am thinking of using snowbreeze, but will be only trying it out next monday when i get a spare phone 'incase'. Will update you all next week if i am sucessful or not

well there is no update about the battery life..the battery is still the same...the update was..on 3.1.2 the battery percentage doesn't show the accurate as other battery application in cydia or itunes...it have here and there error...so apple's update will improve that so you don't need to use any app...the default battery percentage is better...so many think the battery life is better..thats is not true..

damn, then there really is no point then... So I guess I wont be upgrading then if there is actually nothing..

well bro I think you meant 32 right...well getting us set is horrible..there ways where apple try to stop jailbreak and once they achieve it then you can't use the set at all...

hey bros, i have an iphone given from my brother from UK. He uses the UK network 02 for this iphone. Thus, this phone is locked to the 02 network, a network in the United Kingdom. Currently, its baseband is 5.09 and im wodering can it be unlock. However, it is jailbroken but cannot be unlocked due to an upgrade to 3.1.3 firmware. Can it be unlock for malaysian line? Any suggestions fellow LYNers?

btw, i heard that by using da blacksnow from cydia to unlock, it can be done. is it real?

You can downgrade to 3.1.2 if only you saved your SHSH files to saurik server...there are some jailbreak software like snowbreeze, pawnage tool can update and jailbreak without update baseband....

3.1.3 can be JB with custom firmware.. ur set will upgrade to 3.1.3 but without update ur baseband..
but for locked set don't try it.. bcos still not stable.. my friend update it but he hand itchy go install ultrasnow.. at the end baseband update to 5.12 so he have to wait at the end..

yup.. if u not urgent to update just wait for the tools come out.. u can read some news in google regrading iphone latest JB.. i heard that geohot & dev team have discover how to JB the latest bootroom but he not going to give out so soon must wait the major update like 3.3 or 4.0 firmware come out..

bcos basiclly 3.1.3 is to let ppl to make mistake update so they can stop some JB working like update their baseband let them lost their unlock..

my BB is 05.12.01 and my BL is 05.09... i've downgraded to OS3.1.2... but the BL n BB remains locked... Help~~~~

that is no use for currently.. because even u from 3.1.3 downgrade ur firmware but the most important is the baseband.. u have to wait for the major update like 3.2/4.0 firmware come out.. because what i heard is actually dev team and geohot got those tools ad but they won't release it bcos to avoid apple to patch those file.. so they waiting for new firmware arrive got major update they only will release it..

coming month will have it.. if iphone release or apple release new firmware..
