i've checked my 4736G Ram and it is only 333mhz. it is actually 2 x 2GB PC5300 333mhz. anyone can confirm this?

is it calculated that way? coz there is a 667mhz ram on the market also.
so if i buy those 667 ones then multiply x 2 = 1334mhz ???

bad news guys,

i juz encountered a dead pixel in my 4736G. so since i bot it less than a week i called up the dealer, but dealer asked me to call acer.

ok, so i called acer this morning. guess what, they told me i need at least 4 dead pixel to claim warranty! what the 'ell, somemore they told me the 'ISO' standard for LCD screen can have up to 7 dead pixel..Wow..ok, so i told them that i bot the lappy less than 7 days with a faulty screen, and u want me to wait until it appear 3 more D.P. only u will change? by the time it got 3 more D.P. my warranty will probably ended -.-

so after hearing my ranting, they passed the case to their manager and promised to call back... let u guys know the result later...

Added on August 18, 2009, 9:21 ambtw just changed my machine with dealer yesterday.
and found out the built-in webcam is not installed properly. can see inside the hole the webcam is facing slightly down..seems like acer still got long way to go in their QC...

just called acer again and they inform i can drop by to their service center to fix it on the spot

anyone have the problem with their 4736G when opening the lid the screen will flicker few times?
sometimes it will also change to lower resolution after i open the lid. need to restart in order to solve it...

just called up acer again, when opening the screen, it flickers for few times. Acer inform is LCD cable issue also informed them about the webcam not installed properly (facing downwards) . arranged for pickup. will update more info later..
