my DVD drive not detected, not yet fixed, as it was the mainboard issue, pending the board availability, and I took back the laptop first.
more complaints. bear with me.
acer's pickup guy called me on monday morning.
dem rudely ask me where is my place as he want to come now.
told him i'm in office and can only collect after 5, that guy damn rude hang up d phone.
called acer to complain. then the complain department called me back blablabla
end of the day still need me to arrange someone to pass the laptop that 'suites' the pickup guy time.
FINE. they took my laptop on tuesday coz unable to get it on monday.
then today (friday) called them up, they say still work in progress. (previously when i logged case they told me 3 days shud complete and send back dy). moreover, i told them not to fix the LCD issue as i fixed it with driver update d. only need them to adjust my webcam position and update my BIOS. that also need more than 3 days?!
ask the operator to ask the complain dept guy to call me again..more info later...
