Dammit!!! 42kg. That's strawweight bro. I gues XS tee is still loose on you.Anyway, I was at levi's a few days ago.. saw lots of 28 sized jeans. And i think there's a year end sale now. Smaller size are widely available although not all cuts are on sale.
You can try topman size 28 as well. If thet're still loose. Might as well buy their bigger size skinny jeans. Would not be that tight.
