y my nokia update show the current firmware is 11.0.054 and the update oso 11.0.054 not the 20.0.080 1 d?any1 can help?

new firmware is good...but i lost my contact...
when i hrad rest i take out my memory card, but after than i wan recover contact from my memory card is fail...aiks |
