i tried using the zune converter (as stated in the 5800 thread) but it says cannot read file in the phone. why?

guys, what video converter do you use to convert avi files to mp4 for the phone?
i tried using the zune converter (as stated in the 5800 thread) but it says cannot read file in the phone. why? |
