This phone is AWESOME!
Bought it a week ago for a price of RM760 (PA), I know it's a little bit expensive, but it's still worth the price. Nokia did a great job. In fact, almost anyone can enjoy the Symbian Series 60 5th Edition with a price tag this cheap. The phone works the same as Nokia 5800 and N97, except for 3G, GPS and a few more. Even though the phone has no 3G and GPS, I am still very satisfied. I don't use much of paid services anyway. (I am "kiam siap"/"stingy" when it comes to money Love this sexy phone. Kinda new here.garmin is free la bro... The correct phrase which I should have used: I don't follow 3G's data plan as it is expensive and currently not covered by Digi in Sarawak yet. |

QUOTE(farkingdom @ Dec 21 2009, 10:56 PM) Sorry but I don't get what garmin is. Kinda new here. Garmin is an alternative navigation software beside Nokia Maps. Since ur phone do not have integrated GPS, an external bluetooth-GPS will do.The correct phrase which I should have used: I don't follow 3G's data plan as it is expensive and currently not covered by Digi in Sarawak yet. I'm using 5800 and also rarely us 3G function. Can this phone perform a video call? |

Got a question here. In the menu, when you tap option>memory details>phone memory, why is it that my phone uses so much memory(25MB) in 'Other files'? I thought apps are put in 'SIS applications'? Could someone tell me what 'Other files' are for?

i have juz bought my 5530 not long ago n i'm pretty satisfied by its performance except the quality of the camera. In fact,it takes nice shots under bright conditions but the photos taken look colourless, like a black and white pic when the brightness isnt sufficient enough.I tried to adjust the settings but i cant figure out how to make the camera works better under different lightings.
I was a SE phone user and honestly i do feel that SE's cameras work much better XD |

I don't see why applications that works with the 5800 won't work with the 5530. they both run the same OS and have similar hardware. |
