QUOTE(helo @ Sep 14 2009, 11:51 PM) gf1 so expensive, will the price drop? i prefer it to the olympus pen cuz it has in built flash! the built in flash is a waste time.............Not enough power. DO you think u will use the flash to take indoor picture? FOr me, I prefer external flash. I can well control my picture..

QUOTE(Babyripp @ Sep 15 2009, 11:12 AM) cool! new firmware is out already.. I'm charging my battery.. guess have to wait till later today. I'm going on a >14day trip soon so I think I am really gonna need a spare battery. How much is it going for and where can I find it? I was in Penang last weekend at the camera shops around komtar area.. and bought 40.5 filter for 30 bucks.. erm.. last time I check in midvalley the filter is RM120 so.. what actually did I just get? some no brand kinda filter is it? Is it okay to used cheap filters? I still dunno what external flash I should get. Is FL-36R the smallest yet swivel-able option? Battery for E-P1 is same as the E-400/ E-410/ E-420/ E-450/ E-620. Search for Olympus BLS1 (BLS-1) Lithium Ion Battery Pack. Is not cheap.....At least cost you RM200 above... no problem for a cheap filter...... Go for FL-36R............you can swivel around.....Haha..

My wish list....
Lumix G Vario HD 7-14mm F/4.0 (arrive by next week) Lumix G Vario HD 14-140mm F/4.0-5.8(pending on buying) Lumix G Vario HD 20 F/1.7(pending on buying)
I own a White E-P1, 14-42mm F/3.5-5.6 and 17mm f2.8, FL-30R.....
Item from Panasonic is really hard to buy immediately. You have to wait for 1 week at least....Cause the lens come from Japan.

After looking on the review......
IQ still superior on Olympus side........Panasonic still need to work hard to improve their IQ.......Personally i still prefer oly lens to Pana lens.
Some rumors is flying around the website.....Olympus might have a E-P2 with IVF and IFlash......We need to wait patiently to have good camera....
I might try to switch my Nikon to fully Olympus m4/3 end of this year.........
