get a tripod.
it can be used as monopod as well

i used 70300isusm with 450d,

body < lens, still got sore arm.
especially i didnt used tripod and no BG,
now, got BG, a bit easy.

to work out arm muscle or to check out chicks

everyone of us wanna maximize the profit and minimize the loss right? ..     

I am not going to demand it i guess .. I would be happy if he is honest and give me the right thing .. not the used lens, etc .. any idea on how to protect myself on this? .. ..

not necessary that you need a FF for high ISO (though it will be good if you can have one...)
40d high ISO is pretty good too...

I'm using a 500D, I don't mind having noisy images even at 12,800 cause I don't blow-up my pictures.
Lucky thing is that my images look noisy only when they're "enlarged/cropped".
Usually I just post them in Facebook or here.

actually most of the lens can create bokeh as long as the DOF is shallow and the object are properly placed. However, diff lens  produces diff bokeh, ....of course the expensive ones produces better bokeh la

Hmm yea I got these in my manual too, and the aperture need to be adjusted when shooting macro or normal right? lower the aperture to blur the background??

For the ISO part, if the light is just nice, then always adjust it to the smallest value?

hmm...for me, depends on condition as well..but these days i normally shoot at ISO1000 indoors and for outdoors, i use ISO200-400....i will hardly use ISO100...lol...

funny why ppl complain of high noise from using ISO 800 and above from a DSLR!
wonder what you guys think of picture taken from pns or camera phones!
some pns even have ISO till 6400!

hmm...canon 450D is pretty good too...i tried my sister's 450D and it is able to shoot at low light...the lens my sister was using was the canon 18200 f3.5-5.6....
ISO1600 is still usable with the 450D unlike my previous alpha a200...

the only issue i have with the 450D is that it hunts a lil in low light situation...other than that, its a pretty darn good camera...

High iso is usable if you dont pixel peep, it should look good on a 500*333 resolution.

As for me yeah i hate noise, i wont go over iso400 on my 450d.. hmm maybe i'm a peep too much. Anyway i dont mind to go over ISO6.4k on a paideemaktu.

as long as your picture is nice/creative enough, I don't think others will complain that.

personally i don care whether i see those tiny dots or not.. i always bump my iso up to 1600 although i'm using 400D...haha.. rather bump my iso than using pop-up flash.. and anyone own both 400D and 30D? can show the iso comparison.. cause thinking of getting a 30D...

Honestly, it looks ok to me....
