i have make my complain due to the poslaju service, simply charge me, now phone me back and take the receipt to get the refund.
so as wat i see from website, The amount is not inclusive of 10% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 5% GST rite? total 15% will be charge? curious..
so from what i had found,
Effective 1st March 2009, PosLaju fuel surcharge rate will be reduced further from 23% to 20% which comprise of :-
10% fuel surcharge and
10% handling surcharge
