Hi Guys! This will be my first time sending item to my buyer! and i'm planning to use poslaju services. can anyone guide me on what should i do with the item/package before taking it to poslaju?

the item is: PSP! with the box.

and another question is, can i send the package by taking it to any poslaju around? or there's a special poslaju center specifically for sending packages? FYI I'm from penang.

guys! i wanna sent handphone through poslaju~ but they don't allow me, they say risky~ so what to write instead of handphone on the form? can suggest me? please respond ASAP~ cause, i wanna send the package to my customer before 3pm today~
