I got this error, does it mean they haven't shipped it yet? I sent it to them this afternoon around 4pm.

Yepp, if i gave a wrong id it will output an error saying its wrong. But it's ok now and the item was delivered. Maybe they didn't update the system yet when i checked earlier.
