I went to the postage rate website POSTAGE RATE, and i saw mail rates, parcel rates, and poslaju rates. I'm going into a business that doing courier, but i'm not sure which i need to use. Can someone explain to me these 3 types of rates?
For example, jus a keychain~ Which shld i use? |
