hey guys wat to do if the pos laju send wrong the item? where to complain?

then they will take back the item and return to me or refund me the money?

if they give back my item but tat item already spoiled by the person tat took my item then how? they will refund or not? and after i call to poslaju there they gv me a case number which is case 434 what is this for?

the posman send to wrong address, and im wondering how come everyone can sign my package? cant i call the pos office to only let me sign the package?

I got back my item already, and the guy who took my item is a rich guy he dun even open my item to see what is it anyway im really happy coz poslaju is doing their job to get back my item..thx everyone here who support and hlp me especially strawberry^^
