Today me and my family waited for a parcel from 10 am until 11.40am and yet their tracking status "Unable to deliver the item due to Addressee not around at time of delivery" at 10.40am... They didn't even call us to check whether we are at home or not instead they just put "not around" so that they can cepat cepat balik...
